Sports physiotherapy concentrates on the prevention and treatment of sports injuries as well as optimizing athletic performance through individualized and science-based approaches. When working with an athlete or a sports club, close communication with the coaches, doctors and other sports-professionals is crucial to me in order to reach the set goals.

With a tailored training program, targeted physical stimuli can be set to improve strength, performance, motor control, or the ability to recover faster. In order to stay fit and healthy, patients and clients can continuously work on their strength and endurance, flexibility and alleviate pain. My philosophy is built on the believe, that a physio treatment and physical training always go hand in hand.

Scientific sports training is based on an individual sports assessment and training plan, in order to optimize strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and speed of a client. My task is to guide and protect the athlete from injuries and overuse whilst enhancing athletic performance.
